Eszter became certified in health care compliance after spending a decade as a health care regulatory attorney advising hospitals, physicians, and post-acute providers in compliance and regulatory issues, with particular emphasis on fraud and abuse matters and internal investigations. She now assists clients in developing and implementing effective compliance programs, as well as offers advice on how to successfully handle various business and regulatory matters.
Drawing on her experience as an in-house lawyer for a prominent, national healthcare company, Eszter excels at strategizing and has a strong ability to recognize and determine the best plan of action to minimize risk. She is practical in her recommended approach to running a stable compliance program – beginning with employee engagement and participation – and is sensitive to the challenges of large scale implementation across geographically dispersed companies. She has demonstrated skill in navigating serious compliance concerns, and as a result understands the need for building relationships and multi-departmental cooperation for positive results and long lasting change.
